About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Account Manager to join Unframe as the first EMEA/international Account Manager. You will build a pipeline from the ground up, drive adoption of our AI solutions, and play a critical role in scaling the business. This is a unique opportunity to define the foundation for our customer partnerships while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Own Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust pipeline from scratch, identifying and pursuing high-potential opportunities.
- Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective adoption of Unframe’s solutions.
- Value Delivery: Clearly articulate ROI and business impact, aligning our solutions to customer needs.
- Account Growth: Identify and drive expansion opportunities by fostering strong relationships and understanding customer challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Advocacy: Turn satisfied customers into champions by identifying opportunities for case studies, referrals, and testimonials.
Experience
- 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven success in building and scaling a pipeline from scratch, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience managing and expanding relationships with large enterprise accounts, understanding their unique challenges and processes.
- Familiarity with AI, data management or enterprise software (e.g., SaaS solutions, enterprise platforms) is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings, navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership of outcomes.
