Are you a talented and proactive recruiter with a passion for finding and onboarding exceptional talent? We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in building our global workforce by identifying and attracting top talent across technical, sales, and go-to-market roles worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing & Recruiting: Proactively identify and engage candidates for technical roles in Israel and go-to-market roles in North America and Europe.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Support candidates through their onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition into the Unframe team.
• Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles across all departments.
• Global Coordination: Adapt to varying time zones and schedules to engage with candidates and hiring managers worldwide.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to attract talent across technical, sales, and leadership roles.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across global time zones.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
