We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager with outstanding technical expertise and significant experience in driving complex product development. The ideal candidate will excel at translating visionary ideas into impactful solutions while thriving in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value to users.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and execute product features, balancing technical feasibility with user impact.

• Technical Collaboration: Leverage your technical expertise to engage meaningfully with development teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and the feasibility of solutions.

• User-Centric Approach: Conduct research, gather feedback, and analyze data to deeply understand user needs, translating insights into actionable product strategies.

• Roadmap Development: Define and maintain product roadmaps that align with company objectives while responding dynamically to evolving market needs.

• Customer Engagement: Confidently demo products to customers, tailoring presentations to highlight value and usability for diverse audiences.

• Public Presentations: Present new product features and updates in larger forums, effectively showcasing value and innovation to internal and external stakeholders.

• Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges with creative, data-driven solutions, balancing trade-offs between business needs, technical constraints, and user experience.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Background: Preferably a former engineer or hands-on experience with technical systems, enabling a deep understanding of development processes and technical trade-offs.

• Proven Product Management Experience: At least 4–5 years of experience leading successful product development initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in English to customers, executives, and broader forums.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how product decisions influence broader company goals and market positioning.

• Agile Expertise: Experience working in Agile environments, with a track record of delivering iterative, high-impact solutions.

• Location Flexibility: This role is office-based in Tel Aviv and requires daily interactions with colleagues and customers across North America and Europe.
