Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join Unframe and help define the user experience of the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software. You’ll be responsible for designing interfaces that allow users to interact intuitively with powerful AI systems — balancing flexibility, control, and clarity across complex workflows.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solution teams to bring ideas to life in fast-moving, real-world deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of end-to-end user flows across core platform and vertical-specific solutions (Finance, SOC, Sales, IT Operations).
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate abstract AI behaviors and outputs into clear, explainable UX patterns.
• Work with developers to ensure high-quality, production-ready implementation.
• Balance user needs with enterprise requirements like security, auditability, and configurability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship elegant solutions that scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing UX/UI for complex web applications or platforms.
• Proven track record designing and shipping products that are used in production.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, attention to detail, and product intuition.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Technical orientation and ability to collaborate closely with R&D teams.
• Experience in AI/ML tooling, workflow automation, or developer platforms.
• Experience designing for enterprise-grade products (roles, permissions, audit logs, etc).
• Interest in prompt-based interfaces and AI-native design challenges.
