About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead to build and lead our quality efforts at Unframe. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end quality across our AI platform, from defining testing strategies to leading a small team of QA engineers and automation developers.

As an early team lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping our QA processes, infrastructure, and culture, ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers and automation developers

• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices

• Own manual and automated testing across the platform

• Drive automation and improve testing coverage

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams

• Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows

• Ensure product quality, performance, and scalability
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA, including team leadership

• Experience managing QA and automation efforts (team leadership experience is a plus)

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments

• Familiarity with APIs, web applications, and cloud environments

• Experience with CI/CD and testing pipelines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience testing AI/ML or LLM-based products

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments

• Experience with performance or load testing

• Knowledge of observability or monitoring tools
