THE ROLE
Full-time; temporary position, replacement for maternity leave.
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our global People Team and play a dynamic role while ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and fostering a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, a true team player, adaptive, and capable of multitasking across various administrative, financial, HR-related, and employee engagement responsibilities.
In this role, you will contribute to maintaining an efficient workspace while leading initiatives that support our culture, wellbeing, and sense of community.
This role requires working from our Tel Aviv office 4 days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the overall tidiness and organization of the office space, making arrangements for repairs or improvements as needed
Plan and execute employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives, including office perks, appreciation activities, and other programs that enhance employee experience
Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events (on-site and off-site), such as holiday celebrations, team gatherings, and cultural activities
Collaborate with the finance department to process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Monitor and reconcile office expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
Support HR-related projects and activities to promote a positive work environment and a strong organizational culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Basic understanding of financial processes and ability to assist with financial tasks.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion when handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
