THE ROLE
We're hiring a Marketing Operator to join our fast-growing Go-To-Market organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves to build systems, and wants to drive measurable business impact across all marketing channels. The role will report to the VP of Marketing. The position is based in New York with 4 days a week in our Tribeca office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, email, partnerships)
Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights
Manage our marketing tech stack and implement new tools as needed
Develop and test creative concepts for ads, landing pages, and email sequences
Build and refine our marketing automation workflows
Create compelling content that drives conversions and engagement
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals
Scale what works and quickly pivot from what doesn't
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track marketing effectiveness
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2-4 years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups)
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Formal marketing experience not required but a nice to have
