Design and implement programs that help us measure, support and improve employee engagement
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the organization's employee benefits programs.

Partner closely with managers on talent development initiatives, employee relations, training needs, performance management, and coaching
Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and cultural alignment.
Partner with finance and payroll to support accurate data flow and timely execution of employment and payroll-related changes (raises, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
