Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, primarily outbound.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting our value proposition, including understanding prospects' requirements and pain points.
- Manage and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce regarding sales activities and opportunities.
- Source and close new business within a given territory.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Research and understand customer business objectives to drive a value-driven sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Consistently deliver PoCs and ARR revenue targets using a metric-based approach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
- Provide timely and insightful feedback to other corporate functions.
- Run tight POCs based on business success criteria.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B product-oriented environment (startup, SaaS company).
- Proven track record in outbound sales, exceeding quotas, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Deep understanding of sales development, lead generation practices, and pipeline management.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product in a fast-growing and changing environment.
- Proven success in closing complex deals and selling to complex organizations.
- Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level and technical executives.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native level or equivalent). Knowledge of Hebrew or additional languages is advantageous.
- Positive mindset, strong ownership of initiatives, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
