DESCRIPTION

We are a dynamic startup located in the heart of Tel Aviv, seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team.

You will play a key role in developing and deploying the AI capabilities that power our Enterprise AI experience - from designing retrieval and ranking models to implementing them in production-grade systems.

What You'll Do?

• Develop and deploy data-driven solutions that power and improve our AI-based search experience
• Own data workflows end-to-end - from exploration and modeling to production rollout and monitoring
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure scalable, performant, and reliable deployments
• Analyze data processing flows to optimize quality, support product development and identify trends
• Continuously improve model and system efficiency, stability, and maintainability
• Work as part of a small, collaborative R&D team in TLV

REQUIREMENTS

We want to hear from you if you have:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical/development role with hands-on production work
• Strong coding skills in Python, with solid software engineering foundations
• Proven experience building or maintaining data-driven services in production environments
• Experience with containerized and scalable systems (Docker, Kubernetes) and an understanding of performance and concurrency
• Familiarity with data and modeling frameworks (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
