As a growing team with big ambitions, Waltz is now ready to bring on our first in-house HubSpot Specialist. This exciting role is for someone who will lead the way in shaping how we use HubSpot to empower our sales and marketing teams. This position will be instrumental in unlocking HubSpot’s full potential to drive our growth. You'll work directly with the Marketing Directors and with the sales team and help us define our data-driven approach to CRM management.
This role has the potential to expand as our HubSpot needs grow, including lead lifecycle management, advanced CRM tool integrations, strategic input on lead nurturing initiatives, and enhanced analytics and reporting. As the first in-house HubSpot role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our CRM strategies and setting the foundation for HubSpot’s role in supporting our sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM to ensure peak performance and data integrity.
- Set up workflows and automation to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and sales handoff processes.
Automation and Lead Scoring:
- Design automation to support lead nurturing and conversions, in collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize prospects for sales engagement.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing and sales performance.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and optimize data processes.
Integration and Support:
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools to enhance functionality and data flow.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with training and CRM best practices.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a HubSpot Specialist or in a similar HubSpot-focused role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hubspot administration or marketing operations
- Technical proficiency in CRM workflows, automations, and third-party integrations.
- Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights for sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
