As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile and knowledgeable sales professional. The Account Manager will join our sales team in Israel, assisting Waltz Israeli clients and helping to translate client needs into impactful product enhancements..

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to build strong relationships with our Israeli clients and ensure they maximize the value of our products. In addition to managing client relationships, this role will serve as a crucial bridge between our customers, Product, and R&D teams—helping to translate client needs into impactful product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will not only be responsible for client success but also play an active role in shaping our product roadmap. They will gather feedback, identify opportunities for new features, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle from basic education, onboarding through closing the deal
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Israeli clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate updates effectively to clients.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to advocate for customer-driven product improvements and new feature development.
  • Monitor account performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a high volume sales environment
  • Knowledge of the mortgages/real estate industry in the US - must
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus.
  • Adaptability and solution-oriented.
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate.
