As the company expands, it's time to grow our sales team! We’re looking for an energetic, multilingual, versatile, and knowledgeable Account Executive - to join our sales team in Miami.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle from basic education, onboarding through closing the deal
  • Guide clients step-by-step, ensuring a smooth, informed, and timely loan experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire loan process.
  • Support our clients and keep close relationships with them
  • Provide advice and guidance for investment opportunities to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate updates effectively to clients.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in client relationships.
  • Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Waltz by handling business and showing a customer-centric attitude.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as Account Manager / Account Executive
  • Experience in the mortgage industry, preferably as a Loan Officer.
  • Knowledge of financing/real estate purchase process in the United States
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and passion
  • Experience in managing large transactions - is a plus
