We are well-funded by two top Israeli VCs and over 40 strategic international angels from the fintech, insurance, banking, and real estate sectors. We're also seeing strong demand, and our sales team is growing fast to keep up with it!

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team to success. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with the execution of high-level strategies to meet company goals. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and a mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment who workקג in fast growing companies / start-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of strong sales people - SDRs and account managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure for key accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Oversee and Manage Waltz CRM, build and analyze reports for leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong relevant experience as a Sales Team Lead / Director.
  • Experience on mortgage/lending/financing/Fintech industries - a must
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance metrics
  • Speaking multiple languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew - big advantage.
