We’re looking for a superstar magician VP HR to help shape the future of Waltz as we grow culturally and across the globe with current presence in the US, Israel, Europe, and Asia. You’ll lead our global People strategy, own the full employee journey, and build the culture, systems, and team foundations that set us up for long-term success.

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on global People Operations across North America, Israel, Spain, and beyond, overseeing everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and the full employee lifecycle.
- Build a thoughtful, high-impact employee experience that drives engagement, supports performance, and aligns with company goals, partnering closely with leaders across the business.
- Keep us compliant and confident, navigating labor laws, local regulations, and HR best practices across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Manage relationships with external HR partners, including PEOs, EORs, and legal advisors, to support seamless international operations and smart scaling.
- Work side-by-side with Waltz leadership to shape org design, plan for future talent needs, and foster a strong, values-driven culture.
- Design and roll out inclusive, scalable HR strategies across total rewards, learning and development, performance management, and more.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, improve retention, and craft an employee experience that’s consistent, evolving, and meaningful at every stage.
- Own our HR tech stack, selecting, implementing, and optimizing tools that streamline operations, enhance team efficiency, and enable data-informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong Experience in senior-level HR or People roles; ideally in fast-paced, global startup environments.
- A strong grasp of what it takes to support distributed teams and grow People Operations across different regions.
- Confidence building HR foundations from the ground up, especially in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills in English (spoken and written); bonus points if you speak other languages too.
- A collaborative, people-first approach and a knack for working well across teams
- Strong organizational instincts: you think in systems and enjoy bringing structure to complexity.
- Comfortable working hands-on with HR platforms, tools, and compliance systems.
- Familiarity with partnering across borders, including with PEOs, EORs, and legal advisors.
- A love for people data to help guide decisions, improve team experiences, and support long-term growth.
- Above all, a real passion for creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and excited to grow.
