We are seeking a dynamic, strategic hands-on and experienced VP Sales to drive revenue and partnership growth while leading and growing our amazing sales organization. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with the execution of high-level strategies to meet company goals.
The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and a mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment who works in fast growing companies/start-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of strong sales people - SDRs, account managers and account executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closing for key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and proactively adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and partnership relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies (direct and via partnerships).
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Oversee and manage Waltz CRM, build and analyze reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Experience as a VP Sales or senior sales leader in a high-growth company
- Background in mortgage, lending, financing, or fintech – a must
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role, managing 5–10+ people
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with an ability to execute and adapt quickly
- Experience with CRM systems and performance analytics
- Speaking multiple languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew - big advantage.
