About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in B2C products to join our team, remotely. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our server-side applications. Working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers, you will help deliver innovative solutions that empower our clients to invest in real estate abroad.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain consumer-facing production environments.
Work independently to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in backend development, particularly in consumer-facing production systems.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and the JavaScript ecosystem.
Proven, hands-on experience in modern development environments (trunk-based development, CI/CD, extensive testing, deployment strategies, A/B testing, etc.).
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, B2C fintech, or proptech products.
Experience working in fully remote teams.
