We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, hands-on, and experienced VP of Sales to drive revenue and partnership growth while leading and expanding our sales organization. This role combines sales leadership with the execution of high-level strategies to meet company goals. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and a mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with proven experience in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of SDRs and Account Executives, building a strong and motivated sales organization.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting to closing, while guiding the team to success.
- Establish scalable sales processes, set clear metrics, and ensure accurate reporting for predictable growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and R&D to align sales with overall business goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners, while identifying new opportunities and channels.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Take a hands-on approach when needed, leading by example in both strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or senior sales leader in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up.
- Strong background in building and scaling sales teams, GTM strategies, and revenue engines.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing strategic deals.
- Minimum 5 years leading and managing teams of 5–10+ people.
- Strong leadership and talent-development abilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and using data to guide decision-making.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Advantages: Experience in B2B2C sales models; background in Mortgages, FinTech, PropTech, Lending, or Vertical SaaS; multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew) to support global expansion.
