About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Secondary Market Director to lead our Non-QM secondary market strategy. This role focuses on growing loan sales volume, product types, strengthening counterparty relationships, and ensuring flawless, compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with small/mid-sized Non-QM lenders and investors.
• Drive volume growth through competitive pricing, partner acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Oversee lock desk, pricing distribution, pipeline management, and hedge execution.
• Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements, maintaining audit readiness.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to optimize profitability and manage risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in secondary marketing or capital markets with Non-QM experience.
• Strong partner network and proven track record in volume growth.
• Expertise in pipeline management, pricing, hedging, and loan sale execution.
• Proficiency with secondary market tools (Optimal Blue, MCTlive!, Compass Analytics a plus).
