Role Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Lead to build and lead our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure, ensuring our systems' reliability, scalability, and security. As a DevOps Lead, you will work closely with our development teams to streamline our CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and enhance our overall development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure utilizing IaaC
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Automation: Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our applications and infrastructure.
• Security: Ensure the security of our systems and data through best practices, proactive monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to align DevOps practices with business goals and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Security Mindset: In-depth understanding of best practices and experience implementing security measures in DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
