We’re looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to join our core engineering team in an early stage, and help define the technical foundation of our platform. In this role, you’ll work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, taking responsibility for designing, building, and operating production systems that directly power our customers.

This is a high-impact role with significant influence over architecture, technology choices, and engineering standards.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and own our production-grade web application end-to-end
• Lead technical design for complex features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
• Make and drive architecture and technology decisions that scale with the business
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to turn ambiguous requirements into robust solutions
• Own systems in production, including deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability
• Set and uphold high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

We work with a modern full stack: Python (FastAPI) on the backend, React on the frontend, AWS for cloud infrastructure, and PostgreSQL as our primary relational database. You don’t need to be an expert in every part of the stack, but you should have hands-on experience with most of it and be comfortable designing, building, and operating production systems end-to-end.

Specifically, we’re looking for candidates who have:

• At least 4 years of proven experience building and operating full stack SaaS applications in production
• Strong experience with Python or comparable programming languages, and expertise in modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI
• Strong experience building modern frontend applications with React
• Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native systems on AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, ECR)
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with non-relational databases
• Proven ability to design APIs, data models, and scalable system architectures
• Strong product sense and the ability to balance speed with long-term technical quality
• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
