We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer with around 2 years of experience, someone curious, detail-oriented, and excited about building stable, reliable systems that power financial innovation. What you’ll do:- Own the testing process end-to-end for features used by global customers- Write and execute test plans and exploratory tests for complex backend and frontend flows- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases- Troubleshoot bugs and edge cases in a fast-paced, production environment- Help shape internal QA practices and bring a user-focused mindset to the team What We’re Looking For:- 2+ years of experience in manual QA for web-based applications- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to break things (in a good way)- Experience writing test documentation and tracking bugs using tools like Jira- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern cloud-based environments (like AWS) – a plus- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup setting- Strong communication skills in English Why join Kipp?We’re tackling a problem that’s everywhere – transaction rejections.
